Not working November 8, 2017

I ordered 10 of these a while back and just recently ran out of my old disposables and tried to use these.  NONE of them work.  Wick gets really bright orange and hot but doesn't give me any vapor to inhale...   I  could understand if it was one but all 10 aren't working
